About Elevate Growth Partners
Built a business. Scaled it. Improved profitability. Modernized technology. Transformed operations. Built teams. Created enterprise value. Successfully exited.
And now EGP brings that experience to other businesses.
My career began in 1999 in talent acquisition consulting for companies like JPMorgan Chase, Cardinal Health, and Battelle, which kept me close to a technology landscape that never stops changing. That work inspired me to launch Maven in 2010: a technology-focused services firm with a human touch.
I grew Maven from a one-person business into a company roughly 30X its original size, with a team of more than 60. Along the way I improved profitability, modernized technology at enterprise scale, built teams, won and served clients, and ultimately sold the business.
I spent 15 years building a business from the ground up and learned firsthand that sustainable growth rarely comes from one thing. It happens when you align the right people, technology and execution around a clear objective.
After building and scaling Maven and ultimately leading the company through a successful acquisition, I knew what I wanted to do next: help other leaders build the best version of their business.
Maven was people-first from the start. We weren’t just in the business of technology; we were in the business of empowering people.
I’m an operator. I’ve played the executive roles myself, and I’ve helped companies of every size grow, from small and midsize businesses to enterprises.
That experience shaped how I work. A promising strategy matters, but results depend on whether the right people can carry it out, the technology supports the work, and leaders can make clear decisions as the business grows.
I love helping people and businesses grow: solving difficult problems, building stronger teams, opening doors and turning ideas into results. That’s really why I created Elevate Growth Partners.

Modernizing technology and applying AI to practical business problems.
Providing fractional executive leadership during a critical stage of growth or change.
Finding executive and technical talent who can move the work forward.
There is no single playbook for every company. We start by understanding where you want to go, what is getting in the way, and which changes will make the greatest difference.
Whether you’re pursuing growth, facing a leadership gap, or trying to turn a major initiative into results, EGP brings experienced judgment and hands-on support to the work.
